Online Vehicle Registration Renewals

As part of our commitment to providing citizens with efficient and convenient services, the Town of Londonderry has partnered with EB2GOV to offer the ability to pay vehicle registration renewal fees on line. E-Reg, a service of EB2GOV, securely processes online payments, saving time and postage. The Town Clerk receives payment information electronically; citizens avoid mailing payments or paying in person. Payment options include ACH and major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Please allow 3-5 days for processing of all online transactions.

Fees

Online vehicle registration renewal payments made via ACH will incur a $2.50 flat fee plus $1.75 shopping cart fee.  Online vehicle registration renewal payments made via credit card will incur 2.99% processing fee ($2.50 minimum) as well as the $1.75 shopping cart fee. All online Motor Vehicle transactions will also be charged a $1.00 handling fee.

For online payments, please have your PIN (which is on your vehicle renewal notice) or your license plate number and last four digits of your VIN (which is on your current registration) available. You will also need a valid email address and your payment information. After you have entered your information, it will be sent electronically to the Town of Londonderry Town Clerk’s office.  Usually within one business day, an ACH or credit card transaction will be generated for payment.

Mailing address and name changes MAY NOT be made online. Please visit the Town Clerk's office to update your information.

Terms of Service

To use our online vehicle registration renewal service, you must understand and agree to the following terms of service:

  • Submitting your request to renew your vehicle registration is not the same as registering your vehicle.  Online submissions do not constitute a contract or requirement for us to comply with those requests.  Until you receive your official registration form and decals from us, your vehicle is not officially registered.  Unpaid parking tickets, missing or incorrect information, or data transmission problems may delay or prevent the processing or your registrations by the Town.  Online convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • We will attempt to contact you by phone or email if we have problems or questions, but the Town is not liable if we are not able to do so.  It is your responsibility to contact us if you have not received your registrations within ten days of your online submission.  It is also your responsibility to comply with State laws regarding the registration and operation of your vehicle.
