Current Use Exemption

General Information

• Available on tracts of land of ten acres, which are left in their natural state.
• Applications must be accompanied by a map of the land indicating acreage and types of classification and a $20.78 registration filing fee.
• New applications must be submitted between January 1 and April 15.
