The Londonderry Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:00. P.M. in Moose Hill Council Chambers to consider the following:

 Pursuant to RSA 675:2, RSA 675:6, and RSA 675:7, and the Town of Londonderry Zoning Ordinance Section 8.6, that the Londonderry Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to the Town of Londonderry Zoning Ordinance. 

 The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments to the Londonderry Zoning Ordinance, Section 5.2 – Planned Unit Development (PUD), adopted under the authority of RSA 674:21(Innovative Land Use Controls).  

The proposed amendments include a comprehensive update to Section 5.2, establishing revised standards, definitions, and review procedures for Planned Unit Developments.  

Following the public hearing, the Planning Board may make a recommendation to the Londonderry Town Council, which is the body authorized to adopt zoning amendments pursuant to RSA 675:2.  

Complete text of the proposed amendments is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Planning & Economic Development Department, Town Clerks Office, and on the Town’s website at www.londonderrynh.gov.
